1. Annual non-refundable registration fee is $35 (includes music bag or two faculty concert tickets). (Reduced fee ($20) for students who sign up for 4 summer lessons in addition to their fall semester.)
2. If students choose to pay monthly, a $2/month administration fee applies each month.
3. All cheques should be made out to "BC08 29729”.
4. Payments are due September 1^st, December 1st and March 1st. Post-dated cheques must be submitted at the time of registration. Summer semester (July/August) is flexible.
5. Late payments will be charged $10 administration fee.
6. All N.S.F. cheques will incur a $30 service charge.
7. 30 days written notice is required to withdraw from lessons. Withdrawal notices must be received by the first week of the month and lessons will continue to the end of the month. Once the office receives your notification, all remaining post-dated cheques will be retuned and automatic payments will be stopped. No refund after March 1^st.
8. The school request an email/telephone call as early as possible to cancel lessons.  No missed lessons are made up.  If notice of greater than 48 hours is given when absent, the lesson MAY be made up, BUT is granted ONLY at the discretion of the teacher, and subject to time availability.  If teacher is absent, then lesson will be made up.
9. No lessons will be allowed to be carried over into the next semester.  Group classes cannot be made up.
10. Late arrivals: Teachers are not obligated to make up the missed time.  If the teacher is late the lateness will be made up.
11. All communication relating to lesson changes and all other issues regarding the lessons must be through the Mozart office. Teachers’ personal contact information cannot be given out.
12. All private lessons require participation in one class, either preschool class( orff, Kodaly), theory related class (musicianship, ear training or RCM/CC theory class) or performance related class (masterclass, ensemble, orchestra or choir).
13. Occasionally, we may take photographs and videos of the children at our school. We may use these images in our school’s website or for documentation purposes.

     Yes, I give permission for my child’s photographs and videos to be used.

     No, please do not take any pictures or videos of my child.

A scholarship has been awarded on February 9th,2012 at the Rumana Monzur Benefit Concert. 

The scholarship will provide her daughter Anusheh with one semester of music lessons at MSMV.
