Join our guitarist/instructor, Joel Thomson, as we explore and discuss a wide range of music by famous composers from the renaissance to the modern era, as well as great works beyond the classical repertoire. Depending on the interests of the students, we will listen to and enjoy a different selection of music in each class, and discover what it is that we find so enriching about our musical experiences. As a way to develop our own musical and artistic sensibilities, we will share our ideas, thoughts, and ways of listening to gain a deeper appreciation for all the music that we will learn together.
